Spring 2010 Roundup: Bonnie & Clyde

I just need to trace over this again with graphite, fiddle with some curves a bit, and I’ll be done.

I have no idea if I’m doing this right (I missed my last Type 1 class), but I’m having fun. And I think I’m getting better with every sketch I do, so that’s something, right?

Probably my best drawing of the term.

For our final life drawing segment of the class, we were asked to pick one of the drawings we made in class and design a logo for it. This model is a retired animator and he wore a jokey tuxedo and posed with a big, fat, fake cigar. Very fun.

The black is my penciling; the yellow is Didot via Adobe Illustrator. No tracing. Just looking and drawing and erasing.
